Five Levels of Service:

Level One - Limited

• We fully analyze your present collections/accounts receivables providing you detailed reports to help increase your reimbursement levels.
• Super-bills are picked-up by Eye Bill For You (EBFY) staff, faxed, or courier as agreed by you
• EBFY will enter patient demographics, post charges, and send claims electronically or hard copy as required per insurance type in a time frame that has been approved by you
• Computer generated reports to fully inform you as to the status of all claims, 24 - 7 access of claims status available to you
• Payments from insurance carriers and patients will continue to be sent direct to your practice.

Level Two - Intermediate

• All of the "Limited" plan above plus...
• Insurance claim follow-up in a method found to be agreeable with EBFY and you via letters, telephone, e-mail, and/or faxing as EBFY finds appropriate

Level Three - Extended

• All of the "Intermediate" plan above plus...
• Patient follow-up as it relates to Insurance Claims. Contact with patients via written, telephone contact, faxing, e-mail as EBFY finds appropriate to facilitate claims resolution

Level Four - Comprehensive

• All of the "Extended" plan above plus...
• Maintaining patient and/or Insurance payment records in EBFY's system. This would include, posting of EOB's, sending patient statements, and light collection duties

Level Five - Customized

• We can design a package of services just for your business, no matter how large or how small. You pay only for those services that are needed. As your practice changes, our service package can change to reflect your business needs.
